With the inclusion of new technologies within the educational media available to the extracurricular community and the possibility that images of your children may appear during the climbing activities. And given that the right to one's image is recognized in article 18 of the Constitution and regulated by Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, to personal and family privacy and to one's image and the Law 15/1999, of 13 December on the protection of personal data. - The management of this center requests the consent of the parents or legal guardians to be able to publish images or videos in which they appear individually or in groups, which with a pedagogical and/or advertising character can be made to the boys and girls of this center in the different sequences and activities carried out on the climbing wall and outside of it in outdoor activities. - I AUTHORIZE that my child's image may appear in Geoboulder's official media/social networks, in photography or filming corresponding to extracurricular activities, homeschooling, or rock outings organized by the center or in which the Centro participates.
