A key practice to unlock the body, increase your range of motion, and move with true freedom again.

If you climb, it’s the perfect complement: climbing demands strength and tension, and without proper compensation, the body tends to tighten and build up strain.
Mobility and flexibility help prevent injuries, improve recovery, and move more efficiently on the wall.

If you don’t climb, it’s even more important: daily life, stress, and sedentary habits gradually close the body.
These sessions help you release, open up, and reconnect with movement. More fluidity, less discomfort… and yes, better rest too.
