In our adult classes, we guide you on your journey to becoming a self-sufficient and well-rounded climber. We design each session to develop the physical, technical, and mental skills necessary to fully enjoy climbing.

We focus on:

Physical Conditioning: Build strength, endurance, and specific mobility to face any challenge on the wall or rock face.
Mental Management: Learn to use your mind as a key tool to maximize your performance, staying focused and overcoming obstacles in every attempt and session.
Motivation: Discover how to maintain enthusiasm and progress consistently.
Practical Tools: Acquire knowledge and resources to train efficiently and independently.

Our goal is for every climber to find their own path and grow in confidence, skill, and enjoyment, within a community passionate about this lifestyle.

Adults:

  • Monday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

18 to 22 years old:

  • Monday from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
